The program's foundation is intensive individual attention, offering 15 one-on-one therapy sessions weekly that incorporate traditional talk therapy, trauma-informed approaches, schema therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. While individual therapy forms the core of treatment, Williamsville balances this with holistic approaches including personal training, massage therapy, art therapy, yoga, and hypnotherapy. Beyond residential care, they provide an online Day Treatment Program (PHP) for substance abuse, structured as a 28-day program with daily individual sessions and three-hour group sessions Monday through Friday.
