MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Hayes, VA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and referred to appropriate weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. For those who continue to face challenges with weight despite our initial support, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
