Our mission is to ensure that those in need receive enough emergency food to sustain their families for three to five days, offering nutritional support through our USDA Food Program, which distributes boxes of canned or dried goods every month. This program is designed to supplement other food sources, providing crucial nourishment during tough times. Eligibility is determined by household income, and we invite first-time visitors to apply upon their initial visit, with annual re-application required. Additionally, individuals seeking emergency food must first contact a County Social Worker for a referral; this referral system allows access to food assistance while ensuring our resources are effectively utilized.
