Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) proudly serves the Henrico, VA community by offering Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals designed to meet the unique dietary needs of eligible clients. Our program is available to individuals covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and beneficiaries of the Older Americans Act. Each meal is developed by a Registered Dietitian, ensuring that nutritional requirements for general health and well-being are met, addressing 36 medical indications such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We prioritize food safety by providing meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible under Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, meal delivery specifications depend on state and program guidelines. Medicare Advantage participants should verify if their plan includes meal support as part of post-discharge care. Additionally, our affordable self-pay option allows individuals without coverage to enjoy convenient home-delivered meals at just $7.75 per meal.
