The Meal Support Program in King George, VA, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating recovery from eating disorders. Our primary aim is to foster a safe and welcoming environment where participants can join live virtual group meals, facilitated four times daily for lunch and dinner. These sessions not only offer essential nutrition but also provide the invaluable support of trained nutrition practitioners who are in the process of earning their CNS certification. While we are not a crisis intervention service, our program plays a crucial role in the outpatient stage of recovery, allowing participants to attend as often as needed based on their schedules.
