Americans Helping Americans, located in Leesburg, VA, is dedicated to providing critical support to families and children in Appalachia through emergency assistance and essential services. Our mission focuses on ensuring that Appalachian communities have reliable access to necessary resources, including food assistance through our food pantry, clothing, school supplies, hygiene items, and home repair services. We also offer monthly and supplemental food deliveries, as well as support for youth enrichment projects, fostering hope and resilience in the families we serve.
