Time to Fly is a dedicated faith-based organization located in Locust Grove, VA, committed to empowering survivors of domestic violence through a holistic and compassionate approach. Our free 3 Step program serves women and children across Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland, offering essential services such as counseling, parenting and nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial management workshops, and computer classes. Participants are supported in navigating the complexities of their situation while fostering a strong support network. Our workshops address critical topics such as the roots and effects of domestic violence, the reasons many women remain silent, and how to uncover God's plan for their lives. In addition to our main program, the After Care Program provides ongoing spiritual, emotional, and practical support, including life skills workshops and access to vital resources like housing and employment assistance, with childcare services included. Each quarter, we can accommodate up to 50 women and 15 children, ensuring that those desiring change can find a pathway to healing and a renewed sense of identity.
