The Meal Support Program in Luray, VA, offers compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides live, virtual drop-in group meals that foster a supportive and safe environment, allowing participants to consume nutrition while receiving encouragement from trained facilitators. With four meal support sessions daily, participants are welcome to join multiple times as their schedules allow, ensuring flexibility in their recovery journey. All sessions are led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support, please remember that this is not a crisis intervention program; for urgent assistance, we encourage reaching out to crisis resources when needed.
