MOVE! Weight Management Program in Madison Heights, VA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through its comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, connecting them to customized weight management solutions that address their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management. Additionally, for Veterans facing ongoing challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
