The Meal Support Program in Marion, VA, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support specifically designed for individuals over 16 who are in the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Through live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, we create a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program. Our sessions take place four times a day, offering flexibility with two options during lunch and two at dinner, allowing individuals to attend as many sessions as they wish. While we focus on providing meal support and a compassionate space for recovery, we emphasize that this program is not intended for urgent or crisis care.
