Located in Marion, VA, the PRS Recovery Academy Day Program offers a supportive and inclusive environment where individuals can focus on their personal recovery journey. Through a targeted psycho-educational curriculum, we empower our clients with essential skills needed to reintegrate into the community, whether through work, volunteering, or educational pursuits. Our comprehensive programming includes vital topics such as anger and anxiety management, coping skills, nutrition education, job readiness, and wellness recovery action planning. Each client engages in a structured schedule of 3-5 hours a day, 3-5 days a week, promoting a recovery-focused identity as a student. To further remove barriers to access, our HOPE Fund is available for those who may not qualify for Medicaid or public assistance, ensuring that every person seeking support can take part in our services.
