The Meal Support Program in Poquoson, VA, is dedicated to offering free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stages of eating disorder recovery. Our program hosts live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals together. With four daily meal support sessions available, including two during lunch and two during dinner, participants can choose times that best fit their schedules. Each session is led by passionate nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program who are actively working towards their CNS certification.
