Located in Powhatan, VA, PRS Recovery Academy Day Program is dedicated to supporting individuals on their journey to recovery through targeted psycho-educational curriculum that emphasizes personal growth and community reintegration. Our welcoming program fosters a normalizing environment where participants can focus on their recovery goals while embracing their identities as students in recovery. We offer a range of courses, including Anger Management, Anxiety Management, Coping Skills, Nutrition, and job readiness topics, all aimed at empowering clients with essential skills for daily living and future success. With operational hours that allow for flexible participation, typically 3 to 5 hours a day, 3 to 5 days a week, we strive to ensure that everyone can access our services, especially through the HOPE Fund, which provides support for those not covered by Medicaid.
