Stepping Stones, located in Radford, VA, provides compassionate intensive outpatient services for adults facing substance use disorders. Our program, held at the Montgomery Center, is thoughtfully structured into three levels of care tailored to meet individual needs, ensuring that each participant receives the appropriate support on their journey to recovery. Level III offers the most intensive treatment, consisting of 16-18 weeks of sessions three times weekly. Level II provides continuing care with 16 weeks of sessions twice weekly, while Level I focuses on relapse prevention with a flexible schedule. We accept Medicaid and Medicare, and our dedicated team is committed to guiding individuals through addiction and recovery counseling in a safe, supportive environment.
