In Rocky Mount, VA, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate and accessible meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides a warm environment where participants can engage in live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, allowing them to consume nutritious food alongside peers while receiving critical emotional support. With meal support sessions available four times a day, participants are encouraged to attend as many sessions as they need to fit their schedule. Each session is led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, dedicated to fostering healthy relationships with food.
