Located in Sandston, VA, PRS Recovery Academy Day Program offers a supportive, structured environment dedicated to helping individuals achieve their recovery goals while developing essential life skills. Our targeted psycho-educational curriculum empowers clients to engage meaningfully in their communities through work, volunteering, or education. We focus on a range of vital topics, including anger and anxiety management, coping skills, spirituality, and wellness recovery action planning. Each day, clients participate in sessions designed to normalize their experiences and foster a sense of belonging as students in recovery. With flexible attendance options of 3-5 hours a day, 3-5 days a week, we strive to make our services accessible through the HOPE Fund for those who may not qualify for Medicaid.
