Time to Fly, located in Smithfield, VA, is a dedicated faith-based organization focused on empowering survivors of domestic violence through a transformative 3 Step program designed specifically for women and children in Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., and Maryland. Our comprehensive services encompass counseling, parenting and nutrition education, daily life skills training, financial literacy, and computer classes, all aimed at helping individuals regain their self-worth and identity. Our workshops address critical topics such as the roots and effects of domestic violence, the reasons behind silence, and pathways to healing and discovering God's plan for life. Additionally, our After Care Program continues the support with practical life-skills workshops and connections to essential resources for housing, childcare, and employment. With childcare provided, we warmly welcome clients seeking change, serving up to 50 women and 15 children each quarter.
