Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Smithfield, VA

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Smithfield, VA, provides essential meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our innovative approach includes live, facilitated virtual group meals, creating a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutritious food with understanding and encouragement. Offered four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner sessions, our program allows individuals to join as many meal support times as fit their needs. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their path to earning CNS certification, ensuring that participants receive informed and compassionate care. While we are here to support your journey to recovery, please note that this is not a crisis support program. For immediate assistance, we encourage you to reach out to crisis services.
