SouthStone Behavioral Health offers specialized residential treatment for adolescents ages 11-17 struggling with cognitive, mental, and social disorders including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety disorders, suicidal ideation, and PTSD. Located on 220 acres in South Boston, Virginia, the secure campus features gender-specific dormitories with rooms separated by age and 24/7 monitoring. Each dormitory is overseen by a residential supervisor who maintains structure while ensuring safety for all residents.
