Located in Bellows Falls, VT, the Meal Support Program offers free, accessible meal support tailored for individuals over the age of 16 who are at the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our program provides a welcoming and safe virtual environment where participants can join facilitated group meals four times daily, twice during lunch and twice during dinner. These sessions, guided by nutrition practitioners in training for their CNS certification, create an opportunity for individuals to receive vital nutrition alongside supportive peers at a critical stage in their recovery.
