The Meal Support Program in Bennington, VT offers compassionate, free meal support designed for individuals aged 16 and above who are seeking help at the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a welcoming and safe environment for participants to consume nutrition with the guidance of trained nutrition practitioners. We host meal support sessions four times a day, including two lunch and two dinner options, allowing attendees the flexibility to join in a way that fits their schedules. Our focus is on fostering a supportive community for those on their recovery journey, with sessions led by clinicians from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, all working towards their CNS certification.
