Project HEAL Bethel, VT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Bethel, VT, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, virtual drop-in group meals, creating a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals while receiving the necessary support from trained professionals. With meal support sessions scheduled four times daily, our participants can conveniently join during two lunch and two dinner times that fit their routines. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from our Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are gaining their CNS certification, ensuring a knowledgeable and compassionate approach to nutrition and recovery. We strive to foster a sense of community and belonging during a critical time, while also emphasizing that this service is not a substitute for urgent or crisis care. For immediate support, we encourage individuals to reach out to our crisis resources.
