The Women, Infants and Children Supplemental Food Program (WIC) in Bradford, VT, is dedicated to fostering healthy nutrition for low-income pregnant and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission centers on providing essential services that include nutrition education, access to supplemental foods, breastfeeding promotion and support, and health care referrals. In light of current challenges, we have expanded our food offerings to ensure that families have access to critical items, including WIC-approved infant formula. While our services are currently provided via phone to ensure safety during the pandemic, we remain committed to assisting our community by helping families navigate their nutritional needs and ensuring a healthy start for their children.
