About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Burlington, VT, is a compassionate initiative designed to provide free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and up who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, facilitated virtual group meals, creating a welcoming and supportive environment where participants can come together to share nutrition and connection. We offer meal support sessions four times daily, with two options for lunch and two for dinner, allowing participants the flexibility to attend as needed. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program who are dedicated to supporting your journey towards healing. While our program is centered on meal support and recovery, it is important to note that we do not provide crisis intervention services. For immediate help in case of a crisis, please reach out to appropriate emergency services.
