MOVE! Weight Management Program in Chester, VT, is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to actively screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management options tailored to their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of resources including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home support through messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to experience challenges after engaging with our program.
