At the Youth Food Shelf in Colchester, Vermont, we are committed to ensuring that no youth in the Essex Westford School District and their families experience hunger or lack essential supplies. Our resources include shelf-stable food, clothing, toiletries, and school supplies, all provided in a welcoming and confidential environment. Families can visit us during our open hours to select the items they need, completely free of charge, and we encourage them to return as often as necessary. For those attending in-person services at Essex CHIPS, accessing the Food Shelf is seamless and can be done through coordination with our dedicated staff members. Currently, we operate by appointment from Monday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., supporting our community with the essential resources necessary for wellbeing.
