Participants in this bilingual program receive six informative e-booklets tailored to their unique needs, a monthly e-newsletter packed with seasonal tips and valuable resources, and updates on local community events. Enrollees who share their phone number can engage in our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can ask diabetes-related questions, learn crucial links between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways that enhance their journey toward thriving with diabetes.
