MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans in Derby Line, VT, through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and given access to tailored weight management options that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of resources including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer a more independent approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, for Veterans who continue to face challenges with weight, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
