MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Derby, VT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management initiatives. Our mission is to regularly screen each Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them to tailored weight management services that respect their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and innovative TeleMOVE! in-home messaging, alongside the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who have not met their goals through our primary programs.
