Located in East Montpelier, VT, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to supporting individuals with dysphagia by ensuring they have access to essential resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by low-income individuals living with this condition, our mission is to provide practical food assistance and therapeutic resources that enhance quality of life and promote independence.
