The Meal Support Program in Fair Haven, VT, is dedicated to providing compassionate and informed meal assistance for individuals aged 16 and over who are in outpatient recovery from eating disorders. Our virtual drop-in group meals take place four times daily, offering a structured yet supportive environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals while connecting with others on similar journeys. Each session is facilitated by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are committed to fostering a safe space that prioritizes both nutrition and emotional well-being. Once approved, participants can join as many sessions as their schedule permits, allowing for flexibility and continued support as they navigate their recovery.
