The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Fairfax, VT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran utilizing VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to tailored weight management services that align with their unique needs and preferences. The program offers a range of supportive care options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for convenient in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer an independent approach. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight-related health issues.
