Located in Fairlee, VT, Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors provides essential support to cancer survivors enduring financial hardships, particularly those from diverse ethnic backgrounds or residing in rural areas with limited access to healthcare. Our program offers six complimentary wellness kits delivered every two months, thoughtfully equipped with items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, sleep masks, and additional resources to promote holistic well-being.
