Meals-On-Wheels, a dedicated program of C.I.D.E.R., serves the vibrant community of Grand Isle, VT by delivering hot, nutritious meals five days a week to residents of Grand Isle and South Hero. Our mission is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to live with dignity and support, especially our elders and individuals with disabilities. To ensure that our community members have access to healthy meals, we also provide frozen meals on Fridays, catering to those who may need assistance over the weekend. We are committed to fostering independence and enhancing quality of life for all our neighbors through dependable food assistance.
