Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors, located in Grand Isle, VT, is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors who experience financial hardships, belong to diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, or reside in rural communities with limited access to healthcare resources. We offer six complimentary wellness kits every two months, filled with essential items designed to promote physical and emotional well-being. Each kit may include helpful tools such as a water bottle, journals, food trackers, sleep masks, and additional valuable resources. Our mission is to empower survivors by providing practical assistance and nurturing care, ensuring they have the support they need on their journey to wellness.
