The Meal Support Program in Hardwick, VT, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are in outpatient recovery from eating disorders. Our program features live, virtual group meals designed to foster a safe and supportive environment for those navigating the challenges of nutrition during their recovery journey. Participants can join four meal support sessions daily, which are supervised by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program as they work toward their CNS certification. We're here to help you incorporate healthy eating habits in a gentle, supportive way, recognizing that recovery is a process.
