The Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank in Hartland, VT is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to individuals with dysphagia, ensuring they have access to vital resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
