Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors in Hartland, VT, by providing six free wellness kits every two months to individuals who are experiencing financial hardship, represent diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, or reside in rural areas underserved by the healthcare system. Each wellness kit may include essential items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with additional resources to assist with the healing journey. Our mission is to ensure that every cancer survivor has access to the support they need, fostering a sense of community and care during challenging times.
