Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Highgate Center, VT

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program at Highgate Center, Vermont, offers compassionate, free, and accessible meal support designed specifically for individuals aged 16 and over who are in the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals that create a safe and nurturing environment for participants to enjoy nourishing food while receiving the essential support needed during their recovery journey. With four meal support sessions available daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can join as many sessions as their schedule allows. Each meal support session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively working toward their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support, please note that this program is not designed for urgent care or crisis intervention. For immediate support in crises, we encourage reaching out to the appropriate services.
