Located in Hinesburg, VT, the Meal Support Program is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and over who are navigating the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals designed to create a nurturing environment where participants can safely consume nutrition while receiving additional support. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can easily integrate this resource into their schedules. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are on their journey to earn CNS certification. The Meal Support Program reflects our commitment to fostering healing and empowerment through communal dining experiences, helping individuals to nourish both body and spirit.
