Participants receive six comprehensive e-booklets tailored to their needs, along with a monthly e-newsletter filled with seasonal tips and community event information. Enrollees have the opportunity to engage directly with ADA experts in our monthly 'Ask the Experts' Q&A series, where they can ask questions about diabetes management, discover the connection between diabetes and heart health, and enjoy giveaways designed to promote thriving with diabetes.
