At the Youth Food Shelf in Jericho, VT, we are dedicated to ensuring that no youth in the Essex Westford School District and their families face hunger or lack essential supplies. Our mission goes beyond providing shelf-stable food; we also offer clothing, toiletries, and school supplies, making it easier for families to access what they need. The Food Shelf is open to youth and their families, who can visit during our hours of operation to select items in a welcoming and confidential environment. We encourage everyone to utilize our services as often as necessary, with visits being completely free of charge. For those already engaged with Essex CHIPS in-person services, access to the Food Shelf is available at any time during their visit by simply speaking to a staff member. Currently, we operate by appointment from Monday to Thursday, and we invite you to reach out to us to schedule your visit or to learn more about our offerings.
