Located in Jericho, VT, the Meal Support Program offers a welcoming and compassionate environment for individuals aged 16 and up who are navigating outpatient eating disorder recovery. Our project provides free, accessible meal support through live virtual group sessions, where participants can enjoy meals together in a safe and supportive space. With four daily meal support opportunities, including two lunch and two dinner slots, individuals can choose to attend as per their convenience, fostering a sense of community and shared experience. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners enrolled in the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring expert guidance throughout the journey. While our program focuses on meal support, we encourage those in crisis to seek immediate assistance by reaching out to available crisis services.
