The Meal Support Program in Ludlow, VT, provides essential, eating disorder-informed meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are at the outpatient level of care. Our inviting virtual drop-in group meals create a safe and nurturing environment for participants to share nutritious meals while receiving compassionate support. With sessions offered four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can easily integrate meal support into their schedules. Each session is led by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program who are working towards their CNS certification. While we focus on meal support, it's important to note that this program is not intended for crisis intervention—please reach out to professional services for urgent needs.
