Located in Ludlow, Vermont, Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors is dedicated to supporting cancer survivors by providing essential wellness kits to those facing financial hardships. Our mission is to cater to diverse individuals and underserved communities, ensuring that every survivor, regardless of their race or ethnicity, has access to the resources they need to aid in their healing journey. Every two months, we deliver six free wellness kits that may include thoughtful items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, alongside additional resources aimed at promoting well-being. We are committed to helping cancer survivors navigate their challenges with care and support, recognizing the unique needs of those in rural areas and limited healthcare access. Together, we strive to empower and uplift every individual we serve.
