About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Lyndonville, VT, is dedicated to cultivating a new generation of leaders passionate about creating equitable, sustainable food systems. Our program offers hands-on training and education in organic agriculture, empowering Fellows to become advocates for food justice. This tuition-free Fellowship promotes accessibility, allowing participants to engage in impactful initiatives such as growing and distributing diverse crops, supporting farmers' markets, and implementing educational programs that emphasize food and ecological literacy in local schools. Throughout a transformative six-month residency at our Allegheny Farm Campus, followed by a Community Action Year, selected Fellows work closely with community partners and regional non-profits to enhance access to healthy food and strengthen community food systems. We invite everyone interested in shaping a better food future to apply by March for this unique opportunity.
