Our Family Support team is committed to delivering accurate information and personalized assistance right from the moment of diagnosis. We offer a range of essential services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, we guide families through the often complex application and appeal processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
