Located in Middlebury, VT, Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors provides essential support to cancer survivors facing financial hardships. Understanding the unique challenges encountered by individuals of diverse backgrounds or those living in underserved rural areas, we deliver six free wellness kits every two months to enhance their quality of life. Each kit is thoughtfully designed and may include items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with additional resources to aid in recovery. Our mission is to ensure that survivors feel cared for and equipped to navigate their journey, with free shipping available for customers across the United States and Canada, while international customers are asked to cover shipping costs and any applicable fees.
