MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Milton, VT, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Each year, we aim to screen every Veteran accessing care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored treatment options that meet their unique needs and preferences. Our offerings include group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer to take a self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is a great resource. Additionally, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may need more support after participating in MOVE!.
