Wellness Kits for Cancer Survivors serves the Montpelier, VT community by providing essential support to cancer survivors facing financial challenges, particularly those from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds or living in underserved rural areas. Through our program, we deliver six free wellness kits every two months, thoughtfully designed to promote health and well-being. Each kit may include items such as water bottles, journals, food trackers, and sleep masks, along with various resources aimed at empowering survivors on their journey to recovery. We are committed to ensuring that every survivor has access to these vital tools, recognizing the urgent need for support in areas lacking adequate health care.
